Dear Blair Moody Families,

     It is hard to believe that we are quickly approaching the Holiday Break and the New Year 2009 !! The students have been busy getting ready for the Holidays preparing projects, shopping at Santa’s Secret Shop, the chorus and 2^nd grades have been practicing for the Holiday Music Performance and all are trying to be on their best behavior since Santa is watching!!  As always there are many fun activities planned both school wide and within the classrooms for the month of December:

• 8^th-  4^th grade fieldtrip to the Science Center

• 10^th- ½ day of school dismissal 11:55
          Hot dog Sale $1.00

• 11^th- Holiday Musical Performance 2^nd grades and chorus
          6:00 in the gym

• 16^th- K-1 Christmas Parent/Child Activity Night  6:00

• 19^th- Last day until January 5, 2009

There are also many trips to Santa’s Magic Forest planned for grades K-1 throughout the next two weeks!!
